The Virginia Gentleman Foundation (VGF) works to make local life more accessible for people with disabilities and defeat ALS. VGF not only raises funds, but also builds community assets that increase accessibility in our area such as ramps into buildings or benches near the sidewalk. VGF raises funds to support research and other efforts to defeat ALS! Throughout the year there are fun events hosted by VGF where everyone is welcome- join us soon at one of these upcoming events because you don't want to miss out on this important work!

GLOW GOLF
TOURNAMENT

The Virginia Gentlemen Foundation Glow Golf Tournament is becoming a popular event for those interested in playing golf with a twist. Lighted golf balls, illuminated fairways, and surprise games create an extra special and unique experience that no one will soon forget. On top of that, mouth-watering food is served to all attendees before and after the event, giving everyone a chance to refuel and socialize with fellow players. Join us for this unique, nighttime tournament and get ready for the time of your life!

VIRGINIA BEACH SEAFOOD FESTIVAL

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2023

 

The accomplishments of the Virginia Beach Seafood Festival in its first year surprised and delighted all who witnessed the incredible success. With a mission to bring seafood lovers from near and far together for an unforgettable experience, the festival had over 20 incredible local food vendors, thirst quenching beverage stations, three amazing bands and a dj, plus a kids entertainment zone and a cornhole tournament that sparked excitement and full bellies for attendees. Everyone involved was dedicated to making sure this was an experience no one would soon forget.

 

The Virginia Gentlemen Foundation is proud to announce over $300,000 was raised for the event!

WALK TO DEFEAT ALS - TIDEWATER

2022 RECAP

In its second year hosted by the ALS Association of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, the Walk to Defeat ALS hosted over 350 attendees who raised over $80,000 for the cause! It was an honor to see so many familiar faces and walk to find a cure!

 

VGF continues to support ALS research through JT’s Angel Fund and Dr. Boulis’ BrainTrust Bio
